To buy in person, visit the wonderful Design44 stores in Trentham Retail Village, Stoke, and in Lincoln. These stores are a real treat as they are dedicated to supporting small businesses making the most amazing, high quality handmade products.
I also sell at a few craft fair events through the year. These will be updated on the website ‘events’ as they are booked up.
Glaze combinations
I often get asked about the colour combinations I use. I have tried out so many different combinations, many that I really love, but I am trying to focus on a smaller number of colour combinations to have more collections of forms I make.
I really love the glaze combinations I am sticking with right now. I like the idea of experimenting with the application in different ways; in blocks, as a patchwork, as flecks of colour, in smaller/larger areas, within specific areas.
What I love most about pottery is that there are so many possibilities. What can be done from that lump of clay onwards is endless. So many avenues to pursue. My head is always buzzing with ideas.
